I'll do the restart tonight, probably between 0:00 and 2:00 UTC+1 but I can't promise it won't be bit earlier/later depending on when I get home... Sorry for any inconvenience. Just visual, buff slots are handled by server no matter how client shows them.

Also the difficulty gap between low and high levels would be much bigger so maybe we would lose bit fewer players below level 40, but we would lose more players when they hit level 64... I don't think we would get more starting players by this. It would just shift the moment when some give up from level around 40 to level 64...

Don't forget to add changed files to exceptions (launcher window right bottom corner, click on "Edit exceptions"): system/interface.xdat system/skillgrp.dat and save and close the file - otherwise launcher will rewrite it with next update. For system messages just check "Keep my system messages" at the bottom of launcher.
