I read some forum posts from officials, on some servers they had same issue 17 nights without Shadai. Something is wrong and that's for sure. 20% means 1 out of 5. Lets say we are extremely unlucky as everything else, that means even 1 out of 10 he should spawn at least once.. but thats already 15+ nights without NPC..

What is this quest, where to find/do it, what level it needs and so on.. every person said different clan level i have no idea who to believe. As far as i know its level 11. Can someone even confirm that he have done such "quest" ? I still think its a bug tho

I think you miss the point, If he enter the bugged area he cant move outside of it..... if he bugs on the top of the arenas or inside the walls like above screenshots target macro wont help u with anything didnt tough about getting the location tho but i dont think its specific arena only, or maybe.. i dont know

1st of all no it is not normal (or if it is at least give an argument) 2nd even if there is such quest as @Thesis says there is no clan level 9 on this server yet OK lets say it on lvl 7 too?!? Why nobody else have it? We have couple of castles and signed contracts to them, So nope.. that's not it. This thing is since the 1st month of the server, just nobody ever payed attention , then around the 3rd month NPC in castle dungeons started to have random crests

What is wrong with rune and why all NPC have clan crest, i think its bugged from a long time since back in the days NiceDayToDie played. They had the first clan crest in rune. As far as i know you need clan level 11 to add clan crests in town. Also many other NPC like Twins, and castle dungeon raids have clan crests which are not even from this server. Check it when u have some free time, Thanks

people probably do not use the correct terms but from the whole sentence we can come to the conclusion that 20 people cant get client freeze at same time... its pure lag and not 1-2 seconds, its from the lag u click with ur mouse hysterically and wondering what the f*ck is going on.. ill try this ping command and ill keep u updated

exact same problem here, 10 - 15 seconds lag spike at same time experienced by every person in discord/ts this hapens few times per hour for last 3 days mostly at evenings and sometimes random during the day

Can u give me more info about what exactly i can do/post/say/share in order to "prove" my lagspikes and help GM's with solving the problem, in general im not much familiar with connections so a bit of a help would be appreciated

Like letter event NPC were still in town, I believe NPC will continue be available 1 week after this event too. I believe making extra NPC to trade keys for random coins will be a hard job so letting treasure chests spawn after the event is over is not a bad idea also.
