IT REALLY IS. http://legacy.lineage2.com/news/graciafinal_08.html It has been changed so that items which drop from monsters will disappear after 10 minutes if they are not picked up. Items dropped by players are not subject to the same limitations.

Okay, i will post my last answer here and lock the thread. Player that started this harassment will be punished. Camar and Lusi, both in the video, we're playing from different IPs (different countries). We (me and Emca) checked them multiple times when we got report. Char morgana is shared between multiple people of the clan. We checked chars, macros, i was standing there for at least 30 minutes and watching if there is some pattern, in the behavior of the chars, and guess what, nothing. Locking this thread.

If i remember correctly the penalty is applied if SE/EE is recharging char that is higher level then them. It should work in a normal way for lower level chars. But i have to do some search, because i am not 100% sure.

Welcome! I would say that economy is okay. There is a lot of dwarfs with D, C and B shots, you can buy common D and C grade armor in shops (common - very cheap, but cannot be enchanted and does not provide set bonuses). B grade is available in Giran grocery store. Online count is 400+ in the prime time.
