I Killed over 100 Gordons with 80 lvl tyrant and didnt drop transform also. I doubt that any1 ever dropped it in those 16 months of serwer online.
Just give up and forget about it.

Good atleast I havent seen it when I was still playing. I would be pissed off af, that some random who killed single Gordon got it and I didnt after 100+, when i was grinding him for months only bcuz transform. Now it totally doesnt matter, I guess.

We're still waiting for GM response and main questions is:
where is transform in drop list(maybe you even disabled it and didnt said a word?) 
and what about chance? is should be 5% for sure

It's in ex_item_drop_list (which is usually used for herbs and isn't affected by drop rate) so it doesn't show in drop/spoil in game. The chance is 1 % and I'm almost sure it's correct (it's 1 % in both leaked Gracia Final and leaked Freya and I really doubt NCsoft changed it 1 % GF -> 5 % GE -> 1 % Freya).

EDIT: It's also 1 % in leaked Glory Days scripts so I think it was 1 % all the time.

Explain what we are focused on? on empty words? (if you look at your herb leaf of the tiad, it says that 2 books drop - Fighter will and Archer will, but in fact drops 4 books Fighter will, Archer will, magik will and rune elemental) and in the game they are described already as a normal drop (not herbs). Just do not want to be a fool who believed in simple words and closed his eyes to some of the facts described above.
I testified that I gave a simple example of the fact that your informer does not correspond to the chronicles of the GE and does not match the game droppings at the moment.
On Tiad, there are no problems in the game, everything drops right, I would like to see a drop of transformations. (Zaken, Anakim, Benom, Gordon, Ranku, Demon Prince, Kechi).

Well, like everything is clear here, it's hoped that special drop (transforms, ...) generally works.
Although I see no reason why it is not listed on the drop list.

It definitely works, because herbs work.

It's not in drop list because this type of drop usually contains just herbs and we didn't want to spam all drop/spoil with them.

it maybe working but got 1 stupid question ... done the transform quest went to learn transformation ... got the onix beast ... learned .. BUt when to learn saber tooth tiger ... even if i got the seal book in inventory ... the transform was not listed ... char is lvl 56 ... missing smt ?

also another problem sumons if a sumon dies can't sumon it again for another hour

and only clan leader enable on clan wh ... even if u got full rights

Only CL can withdraw things, and its normal, rights are only to be able to see what's inside.

I guess u're speaking about summons which u can summon since 20th lvl (boxer & mirage) merrow and seraphim should have few seconds cd. and i also think its how it should work.

About ur transorm i think ur lvl is too low.
