I think that still % chance in everything is worst thing in L2. Game is one big lotery where ur "luck" or "badluck" is getting tested at every step u make. Drop rate, drop amount, crafting, enchanting gear/skills, atributing, augmenting, Q rewards, chance to land or resist dbuffs, Criticals, everything. One thing whats sure is U will never make end-end-game gear. U need to take a risk to improve but one badluck enchant can waste weeks/months of u hardwork. I'm trully surpriced that they didnt do % chance to get character delete during moving.
