Subskills (again) : patk emergent + master

Hello,

Maybe im beying retarded again but i need to ask this. I just took emergent patk lvl6 and master ability - Attack and the bonus i obtained was only +75 patk. According to this page : http://lineage.pmfun.com/list/skillcertification the increase for emergent ability is +22 patk per click i guess, which would result in +132 patk and the master ability should be +49 patk. In conclusion the bunus would be flat +181 patk. 

My question why isnt it so ?

1st of all pmfun is worst site ever if u're looking for accurate, confirmed info.
2. Its not a flat bonus. f.e. at tank i was getting +9 p atk for 1st lvl and twice more at tyrant, so imo ur STR? or p.atk? matters.
3. CP > any master abillity for gladi. CP/Cele/UD.

I guess we must ask @Emca to know "retail" bonuses in serwer files.

Dont forget PMfun is still very good source of all l2 knowledge but as l2 upgrade came as data was mixing u know many chronicles that sort of things__
