Im not sure. For me it looks like a bug. I give u an example. U're bishop and u want to restore any rb what emenies are doing atm. U use celestial on urself to be untouchable and run to raid, when sudenly dagger is canceling ur target and makes u stop running with just shadowsteep. As i know only think what works vs cl is steal divinity, nothing else.

Celestial doesnt protects from all kinds of detargets. I was testing it vs shadow step and trick. In both cases it was remowing ur target and makes u stop moving. I havent test it vs mirage but i think its works same.

At start i have 2 say that im not sure its bug or chronicle config. So enchanting sacrifice +power gives 6 hp more heal each enchant lvl, which is pretty weak bonus bcuz even with +30 skill heal will be lesser than skill hp cost. Since admins came with idea to make vote about weekend rates i think it would be nice if we execute next one poll about disabling cursed weapons. Well, first think about cursed weapon is that they should be disabled on low rates for first/first two months. In upper post emca said they're just extremly lucky, but its just about drop and repicking it up, when u add to this overstacking it on every1 owner ( cuz cursed weapons can break even during stacking) it comes from extremly lucky to "w8 smth must be wrong". Votowalem z samej strony i mimo, że vote sie liczył bo dlugosc buffa zaczynała sie od chwili mojego głosu to go nie dostawałem dotąd, aż nie zavotuje znow z tej samej sieci tylko innego urządzenia. Pomogło mi votovanie przez launcher. Mam odpalone forum z zalogowanym kontem, a do linków hopzone i topservers200(bo tam nie trzeba sie logowac) przechodze przez laucher i zazwyczaj po 30s dostaje buff. Jeśli to nie zadziała, spróbuj zavotowac np. z telefonu.
