Actually thinking about it if you have a NPC that just trades keys for coins it isn't balanced anymore, The chests random spawn is the balance. As a spoiler killing slowly and a warlord that trains, you can guess who will have more keys. The chest spawn is the balance as it doesn't matter how many keys you have if you don't get the chest you are stuck. So if we have a NPC which just trades keys for coins this could become imba. I don't know

Mmm well you don't need a new NPC the chest already exists the only problem is it disappears. So spawn the chest beside the Giran NPC and modify the code to say don't disappear after the option is selected but again this depends if the GM have time / want to implement this.

Maybe an idea would be once the event finish create a option inside the event NPC in Giran to swap the keys for the coins at a random rate? Since the event will stop chests and keys wont spawn so the left over keys would be useless. However some people might be missing a few coins which they can buy from the other people in that period to still get hats. Just a suggestion.

I don't need to fight for ranks, my rank is high enough. Secondly no forum ever hides threads if it gets old. Two things happen: There is Archived section created in the forum where the old topics get moved to not hidden. The thread opener decides to hide the thread. Only they have that authority apart from the GM, random people can't just ask for a thread to be hidden or deleted. Personally I would say to create a Archive section and move the topics there. Why would you post something and Rez the thread if it's outdated? Leave it and it will go to the older pages when new clans post. I would leave this as is. If you keep hiding threads there would be nothing in the clan section. There isn't much clans advert as is.
