Next time this happens can you try to use Scroll of Escape? I remember a server I played on had this issue but I was able to just SOE and it worked fine afterwards. Not saying that is the fix but it might help in troubleshoot what the issue is.

tbh I dont see any sence in adding clan skills to this "guide". It's only clan leaders things and those CLs who didnt know that already schouldnt even start new clans.

On another note I don't agree with you comment that if CL doesn't know something they shouldn't start a clan. That's like saying if you don't know how to play a mage then don't play it. No one in this world knows everything. People can learn new things / how to do things.
To be honest if someone is trying to start a clan experienced leaders should help them in fact as this creates competition for them later on. That's just my opinion though.

Clans will often recruit new players in to there academies if they are below 39 (Providing the clan has academies). The reason for this is they need Clan Reputation Points (refereed to as CRP). CRP is needed for clan skills and guess what they need a TON of it as you increase the clan skills.
In most low rates clans will not even recruit you if you are above a certain level. The reason for this is the closer you are to level 39 the less CRP they will get when you graduate. If you are 16 and below the clan will get the maximum CRP. This is why if you are looking for academy always make sure you stop at that level otherwise clans might not recruit you. Don't be discouraged they can recruit you however may not pay you 3kk for the quick quest. Different clans will have different prices / rules for academy so best to ask a few clans and see which one gives you more.
This doesn't only help the clan! Don't think its all for the clan and nothing for you. When you are in a academy you will get clan buffs, teleports, access to buy pets and scrolls and other things which isn't available to a solo player. So you help the clan by CRP and the clan helps you in return with clan features and some adena.
Now its not all bad. Depending on your level the clan still does get CRP just not as much. Below is a break down of how much CRP the clan will get based on the level that you are. Sadly at the moment in Shrine the going rate for academies is around 400k-500k and isn't near the figures below. However in normal circumstances one could use the below as a indication of how much you are losing if you don't join early. Some clans might even come up with other figures based on your level so its best to check that when you are joining.

When Lematan has 50% of HP left, it teleports to the ship and summons zombie healers. If you kill the zombies, they appear again. And heal Lematan. To avoid this complication, before attacking Lematan lure it to the ship. In this case, when Lematan has 50% of HP left, it teleports to the centre of the ship, but doesn’t summon any zombies.

But that's the 'Hard' way to kill him. Either by design or by glitch (And from experience with NCKr and Lineage it could be either.) there are several ways you can make killing him easier. One of which I have tested a couple times and am sure works all the time. Basically, all you need to do is kill the three archers and then instead of attacking Lematan there on the ledge, drag him across the bridge and onto the ship before beating on him and he ports there. I always dragged him to the far end of the ship near the locked door before attacking, but you may not need to go so far. If you do this, when he reaches 50% HP, he still ports to the center of the ship...but none of his minions spawn! So you can concentrate 100% on just killing him instead of messing with his followers.

So I recently acquired my clan hall and was wondering how much does it actually cost to run. Owning a clan hall has the same concept as in RL if you buy a house, car, groceries and want to know how much money you need every week, month etc.
When you are just a player and not a clan leader you don't really have visibility of this and sometimes might wonder why clan leaders would ask you to pay fees. Every clan is different in there structure and the fees they ask the players to pay. Majority of the time the fees is used to fund the clan hall / academies. I have been in clans where some of it gets used to gear low level players so they have a easier time to catch up to high level players. Again this depends on clans rules and functions. Its always good to ask as much as you can so you know where you stand as a player / clan rules.
For the past 30 minutes I made the below. This is for my clan in Rune because as I am the new owner I want to see how much it will cost me. I broke it down into three tiers so that I can see the bare minimum as my clan is just starting out I can't afford the bells and whistles as a casual player. However later on when money isn't a problem or we have enough players we can change to the high end as well as what is the difference in running costs.
Another thing to note is that the figures below isn't the same for all the clan halls. Different towns I believe will have different running costs. Majority of the clan leaders would already have this and or have an idea of how much it costs to run a clan hall. if not then they probably don't have a problem with cash flow for there clan.
If you are thinking about getting a clan hall and looking at starting your own clan the below should act as a rough indication of the running costs.

I would suggest to farm the current event. I haven't been on in a couple of days but last time in Giran this the people were buying Gold coins for 780k and the silver was 200k. Even the keys itself was 35k. The drop rate isn't to bad i normally only play for 2-3 hours a day and I farm enough to sell that for Adena. I am not sure how long you play per day but the event ends in another 5 days so if you farm the event you will make your 10kk and more.
I am not sure what your level / class is but I farm Sea of Spores from 44-50 then Field of Massacre from 50-64 (with 2 support box and wolf) to farm the event keys. Still in C grade common equipment. Your biggest expense will be shots I recommend crafting these at D/C grade levels. From B grade I noticed the crafting costs vs selling is almost the same which makes it no point.

Nah I didn't own slammers. Me, Lucy and Slammers started a clan (CGC) as soon as the server opened however I quite couple of days after. From memory slammers was a dwarf lucy was a elf mage I think. lucy and slammers then the same or next day created SeeD as by that time they had 3-5 more people that wanted to join them. From then on I am not sure what happened.
Anyways that's in the past now hopefully we get new players / clans coming to the server.

Not sure who you are getting your information from but you need a new source. When I left lucy was lvl 43-44 don't quite remember pinky as I said, I left couple of days after the server opened. Don't point fingers and give false information. We have another section for flames.

last time due to RL issues I wasn't able to spare any time for games which is why I left after a couple of days just when the server opened. As the server was starting it didn't make much of a difference as member's from that clan went to create the clan SeeD. Few months from that point I can spare some time now to play again.
