MayFlower 0 Posted February 2, 2017 Report Share Posted February 2, 2017 Dear GM Team,  I was exp-ing in FP cata about 3 nights ago and my ~lvl 30 kookaboora disappeared while summoned, even though I am sure i had placed enough food in it's inventory. I looked for a GM online, but I had no luck, as it was late in the night and told myself: life sucks, this was it. But my husband gifted me a second kookaboora, baptized it Hawkeye and here I was again with it in FP. After being summoned for about 5 minutes it disappeared as well - and this time I am 100% sure it had food to last at least the whole night, I triple checked!  Would it be possible for you to check the logs to see happened and return my kookabooras - or at least one of them?  Thank you in advance, MayFlower  Link to post Share on other sites

Later you've summoned it again on 21:15:55 but gave her no food and it ran away 21:31:38... As for the second kooka, I also don't see any giving food to her, just summon on 23:02:46 and runaway on 23:18:35... It seems like it's no error - you've simply forgotten to give her food. Fortunately, you have one chance to get one pet back - if you want, I'll return it to you (every player here has one chance to get pet back), but as I see it was level 31 and level 24, so I'd recommend you to keep this chance for later use (when you have kooka level 80). Lesson learned Mmm if you send me your SystemMsg-e.dat file from your system folder I can configure it to pop up a screen message when the pet is hungry or about to run away if that helps?
