cant reproduce Mobs at Catacomb of the Forbidden Path

The nephilim Commander and a Lesser ancient warrior right next to commander... The lesser ancient warrior is not dead but it doesn't react to skills or something is like dead. -
Some mobs look like dead in the Catacomb but these mobs don;t fade out...
