Subclass certification - counter collision?

Hi, may I ask you for help? Is there any collision between 2 counter skills with the same trigger condition? I mean "under attack" and "during my attack". 

Is there any possibility that one counter skill decreases a chance to trigger the second one?

F.e. counter haste and counter critical...

I guess no. Only 1 way of colide i can think about is 1 trigger limit per 1 hit, but it happend to me many times to get even 3 triggers with 1st bow shot (haste/archer's will/bow pvp buff)

so its working corectly. Atleast i didnt notice any problems with it.
