Spoil drop penalty in party

I'm farming a recipe which drops from a lvl 67 monster. My spoiler is lvl 70, in party with a lvl 72 wc. I've always believed that there will be no penalty if my spoiler is in a +-3 lvl range in comparison with the monster, but I'm not sure if my wc would penalize the drop of the recipe as long as he remains in party. Will the drop be affected by this wc?

There is no penalty. I was using 85 lvl supports who were always in pt with 43 lvl spoil which was using 60 gw and everything was fine.
I believe even if high lvl characters kill the mob there will be no penalty, as long as spoil lvl is correct.

just make macro to leave party and you will see😁😄  Its better chance to spoil it with lvl 70 spoiler only ,  then  with +1 buffer in party with lvl 72, absolutely
