Huh what's wrong?

SA focus give less cryt rate than it should.
f.e. V sword should give+131 cryt rate but it increase only by 100.

Seems they changed it in Freya update and that Epilogue should have same stats as Gracia Final in this (source: AdvExt Epilogue, Freya leak)

But in freya descriptions still stays the same. Do u think they changed values from 100 -> 131 and left descriptions not changed?
Freya patch note says nothing about such changes.

There's no way how to check. Nobody has leaked Epilogue, in l2j it's totally wrong and the only three possible sources we have are leaked Gracia Final PTS (where it was low), AdvExt Epilogue (which is much better than anything we can just guess and where it's still same as in Gracia Final) and leaked Freya (where it's already increased).

So my conclusion is it's correct now (maybe it's 51:49 but I still prefer the old settings).

Futhermore I can say that other SA for Vespers are same or better. (only for focus its worse)

Daggers:

Icarus Disperser Critical Damage   
[Soul Crystal Option]\ Increases P. Atk. by 559 on a critical attack. Increases damage inflicted during PvP.

Vesper Shaper Critical Damage   
[Soul Crystal Enhancement]\ Increases P. Atk. by 665 during a critical attack. Increases damage inflicted during PvP.

Bows :

Cheapshot Icarus Spitter Cheap Shot   
[Soul Crystal Enhancement]\ MP Consumption decreases 4% during a skill attack. Increases damage inflicted during PvP.

Vesper Thrower Cheap Shot   
[Soul Crystal Enhancement]\ MP Consumption decreases 8% during skill attack. Increases damage inflicted during PvP.

Dual blades:
Cryt+109 hp+10% for all 3, dyna, icarus and vesper, so cryt rate vallue is not worse.

Vesper rapier shows it increase +102 cryt rate when Cutter only +100 .....
Vesper Pincer Focus    
Kamael exclusive weapon: Vesper Cutter Conversion\ [Soul Crystal Enhancement]\ Critical increases by 102.

(this may be not accurate example cuz its bow to pole, but still)

Icarus Spitter Guidance   
[Soul Crystal Option]\ Increases Accuracy by 5.32. Increases damage inflicted during PvP.

Vesper Stormer Guidance   
[Soul Crystal Enhancement]\ Accuracy increases by 7.5. Increases damage inflicted during PvP.
