Ornaments x Belts

Hi
I'd like to ask how ornament bonuses works here. I Tried to google a bit, but found 2 different cases and in both ppl says its official...

 There's no info about differences A to S belts and it says Bonuses are +6/5/5 % for top ornaments.

 Here they say there is a difference between A and S, futhermore in some cases A grade is even better than S.

By the way I want to ask also what % chance is for loot sealed S ornament from A/S orn Chest, and what chance is for top/high S ornament durnig unsealing.
2day i bought 282 Chests for 4512 Badges total and got only 1 high A and 1 High S, 0 top grades, so im trully curious about % chances.

A grade with top ornament - 3 %

S grade with top ornament - 6 %

Extracting supply magic box with emblem - 21 % for A grade, 10.5 % for S grade

Unseal - top grade 1 %, high grade 4.5 %, mid grade 15 %, low grade 30 %, fail 49.5 %

This means Top S gives +6% pvp def, or +6% regular attack or +6% skill p atk,
or it means 1st link i gave is correct where it gives +6% def, or +5% to attack?

Or we have here 3rd version where Top S gives +6% to each of them.

Ah, it differs for attack and defense... Top S gives one of:

• 5 % PvP attack bonus (seemingly not for skills!)
• 5 % PvP physical and magical attack bonus (seemingly not for normal attack!)
• 6 % PvP defense bonus (for attack, physical skills and magical skills)
