    Im not sure. For me it looks like a bug. I give u an example. U're bishop and u want to restore any rb what emenies are doing atm. U use celestial on urself to be untouchable and run to raid, when sudenly dagger is canceling ur target and makes u stop running with just shadowsteep. As i know only think what works vs cl is steal divinity, nothing else.

    Since admins came with idea to make vote about weekend rates i think it would be nice if we execute next one poll about disabling cursed weapons.
    Most of u can think its a QQ topic, but in my opinion it can impove serwer. Why? Serwer has to low online and not enough heroeses to fight against it. They should be also disabled since serwer start for 1st/first two months (as i was mentioning in another "drama" topic about cursed weapons), cuz atm they are just unstopable farm machines. Also it would stop any suggestions and questions why only 1 clan is "extremely lucky" when others are not, and limit  ragequiters. If totally disabling is 2 much u should consider heavy appear rate cut. So let the below shitstorm begin.

    Well, first think about cursed weapon is that they should be disabled on low rates for first/first two months. In upper post emca said they're just extremly lucky, but its just about drop and repicking it up, when u add to this overstacking it on every1 owner ( cuz cursed weapons can break even during stacking) it comes from extremly lucky to "w8 smth must be wrong".
    I will give a new player view. 1st u find this serwer on lineage2 forum, at start its all fine, no donations, no bots, finally no interlude/h5 serwer. But after u read emca reply about asking why donations is dissabled:

    U start wondering, w8, so this serwer is made for friends? But since ATM there no other fine serwer to play, u give l2shrine a chance. During 1st day u see in chat that every 4-5 hours some1 drops and picks up cursed weapon again and again, but ure low lvl so u dont care. 2nd and 3rd day situation is same, so u starting to map tracking it. Always same cycle, weapon dropped from player in dion castle, picked up in same place few sec later, where is stacking, and he comes to godd ch to make ports for FoG or IT. In 4th day u starting asking players what's going on. U're getting answer that Czech clan has unlimited duration cursed weapon and whole time they fast lvling clan mates on fog/it trains, and gm says all is fine they're just lucky. Then u reminds "Czech serwer made for friends", ok w/e, I will find party and pwn them anyway. ATM u try kill him during trains by changing his target by aggro, but his skill bar looks like [ F1- Attack, F2- Nexttarget, F3 weapon skill, F4 pick up, F5 to F12 BSOE ],and he just laughs u in face than he has 72h overtacked zariche yet and nothing u can do with it, so gl&hf. Then in saturday u have info about TW, W8 WHAT?
    TW 1 week after previous? In other week than siege? 2 days be4 end of the month, Hero hack? So u start spectrating oly, 1st Arena Lastrun feed, 2nd arena same, 3rd same 4th same, WTF? 3 clans has castles and only 1 has noblesses? 70% clan population has hero from custom zariche/akamanach and custom TW on l2off serwer? FRIENDS Clan?? And then u comes to present day. U read forum, another tw in next week, 3 tw in 3 weeks- more fun. Cursed weapons? Fine too, just luck. In situation like this Donation would bring ballance cuz its 4 everybody...
    So, now u're between choosing to stay and dont care, or quit and leave whole this shit behind. or being banned for toxic, and not trusting GM's in theirs honesty.

    I just described how it can looks in new player eyes. I didnt want to abuse GMs, cuz I have no power here to fight within, or abuse last run (but since they dont read it cuz theirs translate skills force them to give up after 1st lane of text, its not abuse). hf.

    Miałem podobny problem. Votowalem z samej strony i mimo, że vote sie liczył bo dlugosc buffa zaczynała sie od chwili mojego głosu to go nie dostawałem dotąd, aż nie zavotuje znow z tej samej sieci tylko innego urządzenia. Pomogło mi votovanie przez launcher. Mam odpalone forum z zalogowanym kontem, a do linków hopzone i topservers200(bo tam nie trzeba sie logowac) przechodze przez laucher i zazwyczaj po 30s dostaje buff. Jeśli to nie zadziała, spróbuj zavotowac np. z telefonu.
