That's great news actually, thanks a lot for looking into it so quickly. I'm glad you managed to keep this latest week's points, I'll keep an eye on it next week. Do you know if there will be some kind of announcement or system chat log when the crp will be added? Or will they be added during maintainence downtime and we'll see after restart?

How do you need xp boost on a 5x vitality server? I was lv 64 after a week hunting less than 1h/day with wolf and vitality almost always full, I expect higher levels to be harder but that's exactly the point of this server, but getting up to the 3class (quest excluded) is very simple and easy. Also you get shadow weapons up to C grade just from class quests, what you ask is literally retail like in game.

I don't think that's the case, again I can't find official sources yet but Gracia Final was released on 28th April 2009, while for example this source is dated July 16th, 2008 (last edit the following month) and mentions it.

Is it normal that even if the weekly raid boss leaderboard resets at midnight our clan didn't get any crp? We have at least 10 players with positions from 50 to 90, last Monday we were clan level 4 and maybe clan level required is 5, but now we farmed a lot of points, they reset and we did not get any crp. Why is that? I can't find official reliable sources on this, but iirc (and from what I gather searching online) each week the top 100 players with raid points contribute to the clan total score, and the top 100 clans get crp as follows: 1 1250 2

I think this server doesn't really want to attract new players that want to come because of help, in your home page you state this server is meant to be hard and old style and that's how it should remain. My clan joined with around 20 players and we all did all leveling and quests the old way, the populations now is fine for such a new and hard server, it would feel bad to see all the hard work we made in a couple weeks became useless now because people get it for free. I think such strategy should be implemented only when the server is years old, when people are already in s80+ gear and

I think you didn't read with enough attention the previous part, where I mention "specific subset of players (i.e. nolifers, weekday workers and whatever)" which is a necessary requirement to correctly understand and contextualize the sentence.
-
For the same reasoning though no changes should be made according to a fixed subset of players, it's not about not caring or being affected when ahead, it's just a matter of fairness to everyone.

Because as there are people like you that would gladly use their free weekend to play and catchup there will be as much other people with free week end that will rather enjoy it doing other things for the same reason as yours (that they have free time). I don't there should be events related to a certain condition, as the fact itself that there are requirements to be met means that some people won't meet them, whatever they are, and therefore cannot enjoy. There is no point in complaining about "nolifers", as they have all rights to play as much as they can and want and be Always ahe

Even if that was true, which it isn't, at that point I wonder if you maybe aren't just looking for another game? It's no news after more than a decade that in Lineage2 you'll need a lot of cooperation to keep up with gear while leveling, and those who do won't get rid of it until everyone won't need it anymore. There are a lot of ways to play the game and some players, me included some time ago, find relax and accomplishment to achieve everything with their own strenghts, but that should come along with accepting that it won't be fast, easy and at the appropriate level.

From this I understand that what we are currently facing is considered to be mostly due to the faster leveling pace, and will settle to a more sustainable rate after a certain level. This makes sense I guess, and if your goal is to keep the difficulty high I see why you'd rather keep it like that, although it still feels somewhat awkward to have different rates, expecially when there is an arguably small difference (we are talking about 4-5k/mob in Varka/Ketra, for example, I'm not sure how much it would influence the game at higher levels). Anyway thank you again for explaining yo

Thank you @Jorn for replying and being very active for the community. As a new player, I don't mind the game being hard and retail like, it's actually why I chose this server. One thing though I'm sure you have considered and I'd like to understand why you chose so is that usually exp and adena rates go together, I think it's the first time I see adena being lower, which of course means the further we progress the harder will be to keep up, at least for those who'd rather buy items instead of getting themselves. Again, I don't think it's a big issue afterall but it's just new to
