Where do you level up your char?

I have been leveling a elven wizard for the last 3 days and I have not found another player on the zones where I went... I was in ruins of despair, execution grounds, cruma marshlands and tower, ant nest, plain lizards and couldn't find another player to party with or to fight... Where are all the players?

Server runs almost 8 months, most players are level 60+

Maybe you should join some clan, there will be few players with lower levels I think
