Long reusetime for recharge/heal (w/o interface)

Hi,guess its very minor bug ^^ after alt+h(in state without interface) I can use recharge/greater heal once or twice and then get quite long reuse time (1193046 hours)for those skills.Is there anything you or I can do about it ,besides waiting 136 years  :D? After turning interface back on all work normal
