  1. The food doesn't seem to be the problem, I took it all out and I wasn't overweight.. I fed my wolf to 70%, kept all other food in my inv and tried to ride him, but he was still slow.  Any other suggestions? 

  2. Its a snow fenrir. Good call on the food thats still in his inventory, I didnt try to take it out first, but now I think about it thats probably the case! Its weird though since I didnt get the overweight icon. Ill try this when I log :)

  3. Recently I started leveling a subclass and I noticed something weird. My wolf is 75, and my sub is currently 64 so well within fighting range. I already use him to level up. However, when I try to ride him he is super slow (speed 97 buffless) as if he's either hungry or I have a grade penalty. He isnt hungry though (I fed the hunger bar all the way up while riding and even had more food in my own inventory) and I didnt have any grade penalty. 

    So the question is basically; is there a level range to ride the fenrir? Or any other thing that could cause this?

  4. One issue I've found: if you want to ride your wolf you'll have to move the food to your inventory before you mount, or he will grow hungry and be slow (and makes you unable to unmount). If you mount, the armor and weapon will move to your inventory but the food won't. 

     

    Not sure if this can be fixed, but its good to know nevertheless :)

  5. Its amazing :D The only "problem" I have with this is that the food doesnt go back to your inventory when unsummoning the pet (unlike the armor). This means I have to summon the pet to check how much food it has left. That being said, its not a big deal :)

    Perhaps the GM's can put a server announcement for players to vote in the forums (as not everyone checks the forums). Make the voting last 2 weeks which should be enough time for people to review.

    Would be good for things like this if there was a in game voting NPC. Put it in Giran as everyone goes there anyway and each character can input there vote. The announcement will run every hour to advise players to vote which hopefully catches all players. They problem with this is it won't be accurate as players with lots of box's can manipulate the results. 

    Don't know this is a hard one :( 

    Let's not forget that the GM's must be willing (and able) to change the times before we start talking about "lets vote". And even then, IF the times will be changed, people will complain when wintertime is coming back that oly "starts too early for working people".

I've outlevelled the place so I cannot reproduce it, but after i posted this I did notice that if you don't kill a fed mob fast enough it will grow to a max grown mob. So it may have just been that we forgot to kill some or didnt kill them fast enough. If nobody else has encountered randomly spawning x4 buffalo's this is probably the case :P

    If you really wanna spoil trains are horrible :D If you're a bit too low half of the mobs won't be spoiled by spoil festival and its near impossible to target and sweep fallen mobs if there are still a bunch of mobs alive - which will mean you'll get max half of the spoils what you would if you single target them :P Thats also the difference between "spoiling" and "exping" by the way. Too many people don't get that :P That being said, trains are a good way to get some extra loot if you just want to exp as spoiler.

    Also vos is perfectly doable if you duo with a mage with a lot of patience xD It's just that it'll take a LONG time to get the stuff you're after since you have to walk great distances and certain mobs will also cast slow on you :P

    Just saying, you don't HAVE to add anything, its your guide :P  

     

    Also as a side note and correction on my own previous comment: on this server it is a BAD idea to keep a high level buffer in party. It's vitailty will crash like no tomorrow even though it barely gets exp.

    VoS is a horrible place to spoil for mats, especially if you're playing solo. The mobs do big damage, are social, spawn randomly across a big area and also walk far away from eachother. If you have a choice, better choose some other place to spoil.

    I always used the guide on PMFun, but Ive already noticed the evolution of the mobs is more "linear" than it was in interlude. For example in Interlude x4 HP buffalo's fed with either crystal spice or golden spice would both spoil helmet recipes, but here only buffalo's fed with golden spice would give recipes. The crystal spice ones spoil different stuff.

    Careful what you choose, varka and ketra both spoil different stuff and if youve chosen one, you cannot farm in the other except if you destroy your alliance :) 

     

    Also, youre missing WoA (SoP, MH, ML, Adamant, and probably some more stuff), LoA (party area, but MG, Asofe, Enria, Adamantite, and probably more), ToI (party area, but TPA recipe and some mats), FoG (party area, metallic thread, mold glue, crafted leather, thons, maybe more). Another thing to note, there are a lot of alternative places/mobs with good spoils on nearly every level. 

    Also, from level 35 - 70 every catacomb/necropolis spoils good. Mostly animal bones but for example deeper heretics spoils varnish and I believe coal.

  10. The past week Ive been farming in beast farm quite a bit and we noticed 2 weird things.

    1) If you farm in one of the spots with a bandersnatch spawnpoint, the bandersnatch will be aggro before it respawns. EG while it's still spawning/becoming visable it's already running towards you to attack you, even at great distances (even outside normal aggro range). This will happen most of the times after it gets killed. Might have something to do with a trained buffalo, because when you have one this seems to happen more often. Might also be a bug in just the enclosure where we farmed and if needed I can show where :) 

     

    2) If you hunt a specific mob (for example Buffalo x4 fighter) and kill all others after feeding one time, sometimes a buffalo mage x4 HP spawns behind you and starts attacking. It happens very rarely, but situations get very tricky if you suddenly get attacked by a mage from behind xD It happened with a cougar once too - a x4 cougar mage spawned while we were hunting x2 cougar fighters. 

  11. The past week I have twice seen raid fighters randomly appear (and disappear) at places they shouldn't be. The first time was a few days ago in Fields of Massacre. Raid Fighter Dorian appeared for a second and then disappeared again. Second time was a few minutes ago in Giran. A raid fighter I didnt recognise (and I couldn't catch its name) appeared for a second on the plain where all the shops are. Nothing serious because they aren't aggro but just weird :P 

     

    Edit: The raid fighters in Giran appeared again and one of them was Dorian again. Guess theres just something weird with Hellmann :) 

  12. I am not sure if this is a retail thing but Ive noticed that if I put offline shop my vitality doesnt replenish / replenishes really slowly compared to completely logging off. Is there a possibility to change this? As a dwarf main its pretty annoying that I cannot put a private creation shop when I'm going offline if I want to farm with vitality later. 

  13. You can walk through a wall near the corpse to get in a secret tunnel - which leads to the quest monster you have to kill. Although I have to admit, this dialogue - or lack of it - is really confusing :)
